Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship our products to the following destinations:

  • Countries served : Switzerland and all European countries.
  • Restrictions : We do not ship to military bases or restricted areas where receipt of our products is prohibited.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen:

  • Order processing : 1 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times :
    • Swiss
      • Express delivery : 1 to 2 working days
    • Europe
      • Standard delivery : 3 to 5 working days

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us.

4. Discreet Packaging & Confidentiality

We respect total discretion for the shipment of your orders:

  • Neutral packaging : No logo or mention of contents on the package.
  • Generic sender name on the mailing label.
  • No mention of product type on shipping documents.

5. Delivery Problems

If you encounter a problem with your delivery, here are the steps to follow:

  • Package not received : Check your order tracking and contact the carrier. If the problem persists, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged package : If your package arrives damaged, please send us photos of the package and the affected items within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Incorrect address : We are not responsible for address errors entered during checkout. If your package is returned to the sender, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs vary depending on:

  • The destination
  • The chosen shipping method
  • The total weight of the order

In Switzerland: Delivery is free for all orders over CHF 50.
