General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
All orders placed on our site are payable in CHF.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Solenashop.ch until they have been paid for in full.

Article 2 - PAYMENT METHODS

We accept several secure payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via a secure service provider.

  • PayPal : Make your payments securely without your banking information passing through our site.

  • Bank transfer : details will be provided to you when ordering.

  • TWINT : secure payment via the mobile app.

The debit will be made upon validation of the order. SolenaShop.ch does not store any banking data.

Article 3 - DELIVERY & DISCRETION

Our packages are shipped completely discreetly, with no explicit mention of their contents or the name of our store.

We deliver to Switzerland and Europe with the following options:

  • Switzerland : Express delivery 1 to 2 working days.

  • Europe : Standard delivery 3 to 5 working days

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and delivery method chosen. Delivery is free in Switzerland for all orders over CHF 50.

Article 5 - RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition .

Before any return, we ask that you contact us at contact@solenashop.ch to obtain the necessary instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Once the return has been validated and received, we will proceed with a refund, exchange or credit , depending on your preference and product availability.

Article 6 - LIABILITY

Solenashop.ch cannot be held responsible for losses, delivery delays due to carriers, strikes, or events beyond our control. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly.

Article 7 - DATA PROTECTION

We respect the confidentiality of your personal data, which is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Article 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Solenashop.ch (texts, images, logos) is protected by current copyright and intellectual property laws. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 9 - APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the Swiss courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 10 - USE OF PRODUCTS

Products sold on SolenaShop.ch are intended for adult use and must be used responsibly. They must be kept out of reach of minors. Edible products should not be consumed in large quantities or as a food substitute.

Article 11 - MINIMUM AGE

Our products are strictly reserved for persons 18 years of age and older . Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. If you are unable to prove your age, your order may be cancelled.
